Hello! Happy Monday! Hope your week has started off great. I am getting ready for a busy week of things around the house…painting bedrooms, nursery furniture being delivered and catching up on a project for my husband.
As I ordered the blue paint for our little guy’s walls today I caught myself still in amazement that we are having our 4th child after thinking we could not have any babies and it is in fact a boy after three little ladies. How great and sometimes unexpected the Lord’s plans are for our lives.
For I know the plans I have for you,” says the LORD. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.
May we trust in His plans for our lives…even if they are not what we have planned!
Besides enjoying crafts a true to my heart passion is health. My background in Kinesiology and Personal Training has taken a back seat to being a mommy but they are never too far forgotten. I enjoy finding new workouts to try, cooking up new healthy recipes and learning ways to live a more healthful lifestyle. Being pregnant right now lifting weights is not feeling the best for me, so I have been doing a lot more yoga and I love it. The stretching, breathing and meditation is exactly what my body needs!
Here are a few workouts I found recently, some are real basic and others are a challenge…either way enjoy!
Quick Start Guides – for Running, Walking, Weight Training, Cardio, Yoga, and Pilates. This is a great starting point for any one of these activities.
Just a side note…the scarf is complete! I love the colors! Mailing it out tomorrow to my brother…can’t post any pictures until he sees it first since it is his gift. Once he opens up the package I will post the pictures!

- The local moms started a book club and I joined in! The Magic Room: A Story About the Love We Wish for Our Daughters by Jeffrey Zaslow is the first book. I started it this weekend and it is good.
